1. Can you give me more details on your pricing?

Our prices are much lower than other competitive online stores and all our prices come with no hidden charges. One invitation will cost you around $1, which includes a wedding invitation, response cards and corresponding envelopes. We also have the ability to print return addresses on envelopes if required.
Prices for matching items are also very reasonable and you can get a better understanding of price by clicking onto each specific page. Shipping is free on all orders of more than 40 invitations.

2. Can I personalize the colors on the wedding invitations?

Yes and they are all free of charge. You can actually change the background color, lettering and the font color based on your color scheme. You can also use your own wedding verses and your favorite font styles to make the perfect invitation style. We offer you a huge selection of colors, verses and fonts, however if you cannot find what you're looking for, you can write your request in the special instruction box and we'll make the amendments to the design.
If you wish to print a photos on the invitation, please send us your high resolution photos and our design team will create a new style free of charge. If you do not have a clear image, then perhaps we could do a hand-drawn illustration, which comes with an extra cost of $15.

3. Can I have a look before placing an order?

Yes, you can have a look at the wedding invitations through our personalized software, which helps give you a clear idea of how your invitations will look. Once an order has been placed, our design team will send e-proofs, which can be changed at no extra fee.

4. How long will it take for me to receive my invitations after purchase?

You will receive all e-proofs within 24 hours of purchase and once all the information is correct and has been confirmed via email the invitations will be dispatched within 2 day days, so you should receive them within 5 days of confirmation. It really is as quick as that! We just ask that all our customers give a speedy reply and list all amendments in one email to help speed the process up.

5. How long does it take to deliver and is there a shipping fee?

We offer an International delivery service, which include only the biggest shipping companies; UPS, DHL, FedEx, which are all reliable and well known couriers.
We also offer free shipping to Countries which include: the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Ireland on the condition that you order more than 40 invitations. The invitations will usually take around 2 days to print and 3-5 working days to post. As soon as your package has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email and a tracking number so you can check the status of your parcel.

6. Should I sign for the package?

Yes, to make ensure the package is delivered safely, the shipping company will need you to sign for the package. Please make sure that someone will be available to sign for the package as the actual address you have provided us with. Please note that we cannot ship or to P.O. box address.

7. Can I purchase samples from you?

Yes, we do provide you samples. If you want to check the quality of our wedding invitations, please click on the sample request button, which can be found on every page.

8. How can you guarantee the quality of card stock?

All our designs are produced on 250 gm cardstock, which is the recommended weight for all cards and invitation. Should you require a heavier weight, simply contact us and we will alter the price accordingly.

9. Can I change matching cards to something else or can I add additional information on the cards (such as a menu of response cards)

Yes, all cards can be changed by adding or deleting content. Please let us know in the special instruction. Our design team will make all changes free of charge on the condition that the size of the cards will remain the same size.

10. What type of payment do you accept?

The most common and secure online payment option is PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, then that can be used, otherwise you can simply apply for a new account using your debit or credit account. Any payments you make will be protected through PayPal, which also includes personal information and billing details.

11. What's your return policy?

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our goods. If we carelessly make a mistake then we will reprint the invitations for free and deliver them back to you. In the instance that 'you' the customer has provided the wrong information, we will ask that you be responsible for a small reprinting fee. Within 48 hours after you get the invitations, should you have any problems, please contact customer service. We will try our best to look into the case until you are satisfied.

12. Can I add more invitations after we get the invitations?

If you want to add more invitations after the initial delivery, all you need to do is contact our customer service. You won't have the hassle of having to place an order again, since we still have the record of your previous order.

13. Can you print invitation verses in other languages besides English?

Yes. If you require your invitations to be printed in another language, please verify in the special instructions and send us the verse either in the order or through email. If you have two or more different languages, please let us know the number of cards you want to print on.
